We did have a lovely time and the staff were great and couldn't do enough for us, Lindsey was lovely and gave us all a fantastic back and shoulder massage, all the facilities were good, it is very dated and the sun loungers were plastic with no cushions and were mouldy, also the floor was filthy. We were the only group there apart from another couple.

It was our first visit and didn't feel that the greeting and information sharing was great, we were not given any keys for changing room lockers, so had to go and find someone, reception was unstaffed at the time and had to approach another member of the hotel staff to assist. The keys provided were the highest lockers and all,others empty! bar snack in the main hotel as lift was out of order and mum had mobility issues and could not do the stairs. Food was very good and lovely presented.
A FANTASTIC, relaxing day where we were treated and made to feel relaxed! Daniella was Amazing and had a very good energy to her and Gareth was very welcoming. The afternoon tea was of a very goid standard and the processco mafe it even better! The facilities and staff are excellent and we will be returning very soon! Thank you x
lovely luxury manicure had by myself and my husband enjoyed the swedish massage, very relaxing
