My therapist Lyndsey was absolutely amazing, caring and professional. The full body massage was extremely well done and very relaxing. Definitely going to recommend her to all my friends.

The treatment was absolutely exceptional! We all felt incredibly relaxed and pampered.
The afternoon tea was also delicious, with all our dietary requirements catered for.
Our main criticism is the changing facilities. They are reminiscent of a 1970s leisure centre. They are tired and dated. This spoils the experience. The spa would benefit from a separate area for those who have booked treatments. Also have been helpful to understand that members of the public including children use the pool

The treatments, treatment room and Ly
Lynsey were amazing, my only concern was the cleanliness of the area near the jacuzzi, there was a lot of dirt and the sun loungers were dirty. This area needs some attention. But everything else was fab.

As fabulous as always, I’ve been going to Lyndsey for all manner of treatments over the years! No two massages are the same and I think that goes to prove she really does ensure you receive personal and specified treatment! Definitely not a one massage fits all!
The new Spa venue is beautiful! And adds to what was already a fantastic experience !
Next 2 massages already booked i cannot wait!!
