Rachel is fab - Not only she always gives me a lovely cut and style but she's also welcoming and personable.
What I love about Dot, aside from the cute decor, it's the intimate, one-to-one setting, which makes it very different from a standard salon. The overall experience becomes a true moment of self-care.
Plus, the receptionist is the pawsomest of them all.

Rachel is such a talented artist in everything that she does. I always leave feeling so much better, my hair looks very cool and Rachel’s cuts get even better with time! Uno is also the cutest dog ever and my nails look sick.

Excellent cut from Rachel as always! She always knows exactly how to get the look I want and works with my natural wave / cowlicks to get a great Stevie Nicks style shag haircut.
Always lovely to have a chin wag too and she makes me feel right at ease. It feels like a proper pamper being in Dot the caravan too, much nicer than a busy noisy salon. Really happy with the whole experience & service! Thanks Rachel :)
