I have been going to Douglas for many years now. In all his treatments, reflexology, reiki, massage he has a very intuitive touch, sensing and feeling the areas that need more work and energy. This week I had a combo of reiki and reflexology which was excellent. Douglas instinctively focused on my neck, shoulders and throat where I was holding a lot of tension from recent events. I felt so much more aligned and intune afterwards.

I had a holistic massage treatment. I have been going to Douglas for years and I really value the way he incorporates different healing modalities into one treatment. I feel energetically safe with him and always leave feeling powerfully realigned. The massage itself if very soothing and the atmosphere created by aromatherapy and ambient music is a lovely escape from the city.

Douglas is amazing! It’s my first time trying our indian head massage and he explained everything very clear, ask any of your concerns and tailor the massage to your concerns. He is very good and feel very relax afterwards! He makes you feel very comfortable too throughout the process.
