Good service and friendly staff, but I had booked for BIAB infills and they ended up having to remove the BIAB and charge me for a new set. I appreciate this is to some degree out of their control if the BIAB (which I had done at this salon) is peeling, but it does make me wonder if every time I book for infills I’ll end up having to pay the full price and get a fresh set? I noticed the girl next to me had also booked infills and had the same thing happen.

i usually go to the guy in the shop as he is amazing at doing my nails and i booked in with him and wheni got there a young lady I hadn't met before or seen did my nails and pedicure,
my feet werent smooth at all from the luxury pedicure, I didnt get a massage on them and they feel rough, I would much rather be told whos doing my treatments if its not the person i originally booked in with
