I have been a customer of Dr Ratta for over 3 years. Previously I have used other clinicians, but Dr Ratta gives such a personal service, really understands what is needed and is very accommodating time/date wise. I cannot praise her skills enough and I am always delighted with her light natural touch. I always come away feeling fantastic. There is never a hard sell, just a two way conversation about what I want to achieve.
