I had tear through filled in the past injected by another profesional and wanted to redo the same operation to a lower cost. I had filler in tear though injected by Giorgia who was quite cordial at first. She refused to used numb cream which made the injection more painful than usual. When filler injected i could see straight away that the product was in too big quantity and lumpy.
She showed me straight away a before after picture that she just made with a heavily filtered app, but i could see in her mirror the filler wasnt in the right place.
The day after my eyes swelled so much that i could painfully open my eyes. I was travelling for work and couldn't see giorgia for a week.
I straight away ask for a refund and wanted to come back to dissolve the belotero filler that gave me lumpy, itchy look and a little red spots on the cheeks.
The communication in email was really harsh, no refund, saying it was perfectly normal
And i just needed to be patient and take antihistamines.
I could feel sonething was wrong under my skin.
The burn feel keep on going after a week and i manage to plan a appointment the following saturday.
Giorgia ratta didnt turn up to the clinic after 40mins, i came back to the receptionist.
She wasn't in this day in the room she is renting at the clinic and impossible to join her on a direct line.
I ask her for her direct line and never manage to speak to her directly.
Only emails or a “mobile number PA” saying that those normal symptoms keep taking paracetamol and antihistamine.
The second week with still a massive swollen eyebags i was sending her emails of panic everyday to get emmergency appointment for her to see the state of my face.
She made it really clear no refund, she would
procced a gentle massage and if it needed the product to be dissolve it would be a risky procedure costing me extra 100£.
She finally agreed on email to see me on a wednesday writing “i am seeing you tomorrow 4.30pm.” The same day she is writting no its a mistake i am will see you as my pa planed the following friday 22/02.
I took an afternoon off work to be able to see her Wednesday 21/02 and then she is talking not even to the right day.
I had to send to more emails for her to please confirm which day she was talking about???Thursday 22/02

I couldnt way anymorw i went to the hospital in emmergency did show my eyes to her really nice doctor at saint bartholomeu hospital as i needed more advices. He told me to keep taking antishitaminic and cortisone cream and to stay again from bargain practioner.
The overall experience was really traumatic.
I just wish i could post picture to show you the size of my eyebags and how my face is damaged today.
What I despise from it is the lack of care and understanding from Giorgia the flat refusal of the allergy and problem.
Not about the refund it is more the poor communication and lack professionalism from this woman.
How can you not turn and cancelled 2 appointments in a row?
I decided to skip the appointment that i obtain with so much pain because after going to the hospital
I had the answers i needed.
If you are hesiting to get this treatment here, first read the bad comments the trust issue seams to come back quite a lot.

I discover that before i would have never book her.
Remember it your face dont it doesn't worth all this stress for a bargain injection.
After a long wait in the waiting room, Dr Ratta was very helpful, knowledgeable and put me at ease. I was nervous having lip fillers for the first time but she explained everything in detail.
She put numbing cream on my lips which totally numbed them. I had 1ml HA injected.
The injections are very painful due to the liquid being injected into them but this is normal.
My lips look fantastic now- very natural. Thanks Dr Ratta!
