Giorgia kindly fitted me in last minute since I work chaotic hours I find it hard to book an appointment in advance. So I very much appreciated this aspect. I had a very good experience. She is very knowledgable on the procedure and made every step very clear. It was also very painless! I would recommend Dr Ratta for sure and I will be coming back.
