Giorgia kindly fitted me in last minute since I work chaotic hours I find it hard to book an appointment in advance. So I very much appreciated this aspect.
I had a very good experience. She is very knowledgable on the procedure and made every step very clear.
It was also very painless!

Result was really bad uneven and she offered 1 retouch as free this is her responsibility and she has to do. On the treatment she try to move fillers to other side (lover lip left to right side) she massaged really harmful and it was not possible to move fillers by just massage after 15 days! I cat trust her anymore, this is her fault and she want me to pay for it. She also text as i am "abused her goodwill" which is not fear and no right to speak with me like that. It was not my first botox or beauty treatment, I know the procedure and my rights. I cat not trust her even if she offer free any treatment. I whish i can post result to show what was before -after and after retouch to proof you.
Very clean place because she renting temporary room in harley street, every treatment done in a different room in the clinic. Which is place was very good standard, only the good point.

Unfortunately, the clinic was running 45 mins late on the day. As I'm not great with needles this added to my anxiety and as I wasn't as relaxed, with the prolonged time delay I would say this contributed to why I found the treatment pretty painful on the day.
