Unfortunately, the clinic was running 45 mins late on the day. As I'm not great with needles this added to my anxiety and as I wasn't as relaxed, with the prolonged time delay I would say this contributed to why I found the treatment pretty painful on the day.

Dr Ratta was amazing, very professional. Explain every single procedures. I had lip injection and it looks super natural and no lumps or unevenness. Would recommend her to anyone!
