Unfortunately a real disappointment. Unknown to me a random receptionists started my treatment which can only be described as being poked and proded. Halfway through another person came in and took over who was clearly the right person as it was much better but only lasted 20mins and felt so rushed. I didn’t even get the full hour. Have asked for a refund so I didn’t have to leave a bad review but have been ignored. I wouldn’t go for a massage clearly just good at acupuncture maybe.

Sadly had to wait 20 mins for the appointment despite having booked, and was told not to use treatwell for that reason… during the massage, the second person working there came in a few times, chatted to the massage therapist, so it felt disruptive

It was nice, but so firm i had some bruising the next day, and someone came into the room a few times to talk to the massage therapist which wasnt too relaxing.

The staff really know what they're doing and get right into knots with good pressure. I came away feeling much better - money well spent.
