I recently had an incredible experience with both a massage and acupuncture session. The massage therapist was absolutely amazing, providing one of the best massages I’ve ever had. They were attentive, skilled, and really focused on areas that needed the most attention, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Dr. also did a phenomenal job with acupuncture. It was my first time trying it, and I was blown away by the results.i went back couple days later during that week

Dr & Herbs is an ancient Chinese therapy centre based in a corner building on 62 The Mall Street, just across from KFC. It offers holistic acupuncture, massage and reflexology treatments as well as Chinese physiotherapy and herbal remedies to help manage a variety of conditions.

Attentive, informative and thorough staff help you to relax, both mentally and physically. Go in feeling listened to and come out feeling refreshed. Regular massage has been shown to have a number of health benefits.
