The treatment room was unclean (towels old, lots of equipment and clutter) and toilet unhygienic. The therapist left the room twice during my treatment without acknowledging me, at one point shouting to her colleague who was calling her from the reception; not very professional. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have left. I wouldn't recommend this place, plenty of other options in Ealing

I went for a sports massage due to tension on my glutes and lower back from exercise and I felt such a good relief after, definitely coming back again

Great firm massage, focusing on the areas I requested. Booked with my mum and we were given the option to have the massages done in the same treatment room which was lovely.
