Massage itselft was pretty good, the masseuse had very poor English skills though.

Receptionist asked masseuse to use a certain type of oil at the end receptionist asked why she had not used she replied because none in the room unfortunately I could not ask her direct due to not speaking English overall good massage.

only issue was i booked via treatwell last minute so the staff didn't realise I would be coming. Massage was perfect. Room small but clean. Staff could have communicated a little better and there was the sound of the radio from reception during the treatment which was a little off putting. But the massage itself was beautiful!

Therapist arrived late for session. Didn’t apologise. Wanted me to fill in a form with lots of unnecessary personal details, when I declined she became quite aggressive. Then started wasting for time, I explained I was in a rush and she begrudgingly started treatment. Acupuncture was ok, though didn’t get the full time I paid for. Wont return again or recommend.
