Nice and very clean place. But, my time was counted from the time I arrived, rather than from the beginning of the treatment, which is never the case.
The massage itself, it was good but not amazingly good. at 15 min walk, there are 2 places with a definite higher quality massage. But if are looking for something very local to Ealing Broadway, and not picky with the time shorter than expected, then that's the place to go.

From the beginning the experience was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. My therapist, Lisa, listened to my requests and offered suggestions for problem areas. I will definitely be back!

I was very late for my appointment due to traffic but they still allowed me to have my 1hr massage. Staff are very polite and welcoming especially the receptionist. The therapist who was giving the massage spoke very little English but was good at what she did. She worked all my knots and helped my stiff kneck. My massage felt more like a deep tissue massage rather than a Swedish massage but nonetheless it was a good massage and I'd definitely go back again!
