I had acupuncture for the first time, overall a great experience. Dr Liu did a small consultation at the start and made me feel comfortable. I would have appreciated slightly more communication about the procedure and the acupuncture etc

Terrible. Didn’t use oil and was extremely painful even though I asked repeatedly to apply oil. Manager wasn’t on site and emailed to complain but no reply. Will never return.

I entered the venue having left shoulder pain. I could feel the knots releasing during the deep tissue massage and left the clinic with a bit more flexibility.
