Pregnancy Massage
This really was a life changing treatment for me. I’ve had groin pain the last few months due to very tight adductor muscles, caused by having a desk job and being a keen runner (and perhaps not being as diligent in stretching after long runs as I should!) I first had acupuncture on my inner thighs which was surprisingly painless (and the first time I’ve had acupuncture) followed by a 1 hour deep tissue massage which was at first very uncomfortable due to the extreme tightness in my muscles. However by the end of the session I felt such relief and improved motion that I haven’t had for years. My groin pain is completely gone and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility. I really cannot rate this place highly enough, the ladies there are fantastic and have a deep understanding of the human body and how to treat it. I will definitely return if I need another treatment.
