Had appointment for pedicure at 2pm and wasn’t seen until 2:20pm not a major issue on this part but I was set up in the chair and no one saw to me until another 15/20 mins water was cold and not relaxing I wasn’t asked about the temperature and I felt forgotten about.. then we started my appointment 35/40 late my therapist was new so the service took way longer. happy with the overall results even though they had to wipe off and attempt a couple of times. Just poor time management here
