love this place but felt uncomfortable on first arrival was ignored even when I announced what I was there for, also why do we book when we don't get seen at our time.

Shocking management, wonderful therapist.
Manager refused to reschedule my infill, even though his colleague had already given the ok. Had the awful experience of my parents *literally* parked outside waiting for me, whilst he threatened me with losing my money, if I didn’t get it done “right now”. Thank heavens for Treatwell, who stepped in and refunded me. Just avoid. Better service and respect in a variety of other nail shops available.
