I have received Shirodhara treatments at other places before and booked this treatment for relaxation and the benefits advertised.
I couldn't go to the other place as they were fully booked and I really needed to get this treatment before the Christmas break.
I have visited this place in the past and received satisfactory treatments from Dr Patel and Dr Bhagyasree.
There is a new doctor here that did this treatment for me this time.
Unfortunately I can't say that it was a relaxing and satisfactory treatment for me on this occasion.
The doctor is probably better at her knowledge of the theoretical than the practical.
I felt discomfort during the shirodara treatment, as I felt my hair was pulled uncomfortably and it was painful. This made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the massage. Furthermore, despite requesting attention to specific areas during the massage, those areas were not properly addressed, which was a disappointment.
This is an expensive treatment, I did not feel that I received the level of care and attention that should have come with the price tag. I would not recommend this massage treatment to others, as I feel that there are better options available for a more comfortable and satisfactory experience."

Dr Kinjal has given me the best massage I have ever had in london. Her hands are absolute magic. I had very stiff upper and lower back when I met her a few months ago and I felt the pain completely disappear just after my first visit. My experience with her was so good I also brought my sister along for a massage during my second visit. My second visit was equally good and I feel a great deal of difference with my back issues now thanks to her.
Other Massages
Came with some high expectations as the reviews looked good.
However, I felt I could have been given more explanation and information about my assessment during the consultation.
I was recommended a treatment and promised that I would feel 5-10% better and gain a good night sleep.
The treatment recommended, shirodhara, was nice and Dr Kinjal performed this professionally.
However, I did not feel any better afterwards.
I do feel the consultation is expensive for what I got and that was just to be recommended to have the shirodhara treatment. I’m still waiting for diet, yoga and meditation information. All the latter could have been given to me at the consultation to worth £50.
Unfortunately I didn’t feel any benefits from the treatment and felt it was all overpriced for what I received.
I was told that I needed more treatments but I didn’t really feel better after the first one so I will be canceling it as I wasn’t really given much information or rationale around it.
Quite dissatisfied and disappointed.

Doctor highly skilled, knowledgeable & professional but client care factor was not very good I.e. head support, foot support was very essential as I cannot move during the treatment.
