I made a booking via treatwell 3 days before the appointment - received confirmation and appointment reminders. Went to the appointment and i was told nothing was booked as their treatwell calendar is not synced and up to date with theirs. Had no other availabilities until 3 days after! Really unhappy as they seemed to be well aware it’s not synced, and not doing anything to accommodate. Not a good experience.
