Alexander Khang’s passion for sports massage therapy originated from the treatment of lower back pain when he was enduring an injury due to bad posture and incorrect training techniques. He found sports massage restorative and also an aid to prepare the body for movement and cultivate body awareness. This experience deepens his curiosity about how muscles work and how to take care of them.
Rimon gained his first sports massage qualification in 2015 and has been working in the massage industry ever since. Over the years, he has gone on to complete further training in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy, Graston technique and cupping therapy. Since qualifying, Rimon has had the opportunity to work in various multi-disciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and sports doctors. He is able to call on a number of treatments and techniques to restore and/or maintain the functions of your body, including Muscle Energy Technique, Soft Tissue Release, Graston technique and cupping. As muscle tightness affect your posture, sporting performances or generate chronic pain, Rimon's sessions focus as much on addressing the underlying cause as on easing the symptoms.
