10/10, can't recommend highly enough! This is the first time I've had a treatment like this where pain points were assessed first, and exercises and stretches were recommended. Trang was brilliant. Definitely coming back!

Trangs treatment was incredible, I've never had a Treatment like this. She really was attentive to my pain areas and used different techniques to provide me the best release. Her vibe was great (I am really sensitive to people with messy energies) and I already have booked my next appointment. Def my go to place when I am in London!
