Excellent treatment with great attention to my concerns with regards to my lower back and hips. After the thorough assessment, I had the most amazing massage and left with exercises and stretches to do for homework.

I’ve had a couple of massages now with Alex and both have honestly been the best massages I’ve had in London; he is incredibly skilled at working the muscles to release knots & getting to the core of where the tension is - making for a very productive and high quality massage.
