The acupuncture was good and effective, the doctor was very attentive and explained the treatment before starting. Massage was very good, technical / precise and effective. The only let down is that they don't seem to have access to treatwell calendar and were not able to check payment asking me the client for proof of payment online.

I was greeted by a very lovely woman. The room was clean and prepared for the appointment. It was a very relaxing experience and my ears feel much clearer after candling.

The staff in the venue were extremely welcoming and I felt very comfortable and at ease. I found the hopi ear candeling experience really relaxing.

When I turned up they didn't even know what Treatwell was and i had to wait for 30 mins whilst they tried to figure it out. Eventually I had the treatment and it went well. I won't be going back purely because they just messed me around when I got there. Treatment was ok.
