Natalia is by far the most incredible massage therapist I have ever met. She’s so kind, attentive and knows exactly how to get you the most out of the session by recommending what your body needs at the time. I feel so much better since visiting Natalia just a few times and will never go anywhere else because nobody will measure up to her abilities. Highly recommend you visit her.

I am usually not one to leave reviews and would prefer to keep Natalia and Dragonfly Therapy as my own secret place but I have to say that she deserves full recognition for her caring and professional service and in my opinion she is the best massage therapist in the West London area.

Natalia is clearly a dedicated professional and passionate about what she does and ensuring the client has an exceptional experience. I felt well looked after and trusted her expertise. The venue is lovely and the ambience she creates is very relaxing. I have been coming to Natalia for treatments for a while now (finally finding a great masseuse)and will definitely continue to as she truly has healing hands, and has had such a positive impact on my overall well being. I absolutely recommend her!
