From the moment I walked in and was met by two arrogant non interested staff at the front desk I made the mistake of not walking out. Had a wash and cut which consisted of no wash or consultation. After 15 minutes and one word of conversation from a so called senior barber that was it. Had to go to another barbers to get a proper hair cut. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Great place! Everyone is super friendly. Hairdresser took a long time to make sure she understood what I wanted. Will definitely go back.
Excellent service and atmosphere. Had to wait a little while (10 mins) but was in no rush and the waiting room had TV and magazines to keep me occupied. Was my first ever massage (tension) and was very enjoyable! Madalene the Masseuse was very friendly and did a great job. If I had the income for it would definitely do again :)
Drakes of London is a cool place. The guys are very friendly, they keep the beer fridge well stocked. Very happy with the end result.
Overall pleased with the haircut and the attention received. Could have been a bit more time / focus on styling following the cut.
