I had a great experience at Drakes. Simone was punctual, the perfect mix of professional and friendly, and did a very thorough job. Redness and bumps were very minimal and went away quickly. Simone's leaving to go traveling (yay for her, boo for us) but I'll certainly go back to Drakes.
