I Booked for a men's facial and there were 2 options one for 60 minutes for £31 and the other for 75 minutes £39, I called the salon to enquire the difference and was told the therapist will call back and advise me but she never got back.
Anyways I just booked the £39 treatment and said let me experience the treatment for the 23rd August at 13:30 and at 13.15 while I was less than a mile away I got a call from the salon saying we are very sorry and the treatwell website is not fully operationnal and therefore we can not accomodate you for the time or today.
This was very frustrating as I drove 15 miles into my appointment and not given any option but to reschedule for tomorrow, which I could only accept and attended my treatment. The therapist was really nice and welcoming and gave me plenty of advice and listened to me to understand my skin issues.
At last I paid for a 75 minute treatment but only got 60 minutes treatment.
Satisfied with the treatment but very upset about the whole booking process and customer service.
Just moved to London, but Drake's was everything a guy wants in grooming. It is not cut-rate, yet it's worth it. Free beer, WiFi, wash, everything—the perfect savvy choice before paying too much elsewhere or maybe worse, too little. Stuart gave me the best haircut I could ask for, and I will be returning every month. One day I want to get the works, a guy's pedicure or massage, but the simple haircut itself was so worth it.
