If you are looking for someone to give you a pedicure I can assure you that Simona is one of the best in her field. She is very careful and precise in details, very professional and is very good at her job. I highly recommend she.

Fantastic service but just be careful getting off the chair, I have a huge bruise on my calf from slipping out the chair trying to get up. It not the easiest of chairs to get up from

Had a pedicure and toenail reconstruction again today, Simona is brilliant, I'm no longer ashamed to wear sandals as she's made my toenails look perfect

Terrible customer service I’m afraid. Gel nails were not capped & are peeling after 2 days. Needed to rearrange next appointment. Was told very bluntly that policy was 72 hours to change or I would have to pay to move the appointment. It was a legitimate need that meant I couldn’t attend. I completely understand having a policy, but good customer service is knowing when to waive it. Instead I lost the amount I had pre-paid for the treatment. I’m sorry, but I will not be using this salon again.
