Had my hair coloured a while back, was ok not brilliant. Decided later to have hair extensions in, to which I was colour matched by someone separate from the salon and then thought I’d have my roots done so it would look good once done. Since Greta did my hair originally I went back. Roots coloured, no problem or so you would think.....they went a different colour, so she tried again, again a different colour!! I ended up leaving the salon with black roots!! Okay she redid them a week later, but then it meant I couldn’t have my extensions in as planned. She wanted me to have them put in and she would do the roots and my extensions!! I don’t think so, I was not risking that having paid £££££ for them for her to ruin them as well. I also left the salon with hair dye all over my skin and clothes. A trim was also included in the price which I didn’t get!! Would I go back? Never!! Would I recommend?? Avoid avoid avoid!!!
Hair Colouring
My sister and I had gel nails done. The lady was so nice and very good at her job! Price was good too. We were both very happy with our nails and the service we received at The Loft Hair & Beauty Lab.
Gel Nails Manicure
Although the atmosphere wasn’t quite a ‘spa’ type experience, as it was part of a hair salon, the staff were lovely, friendly, and we had a very nice treatment. Nails look great. Olivia was very good and really friendly, thank you x
