First time being at the studio & also first time having a deep tissue massage, from the moment walked through the doors was made to feel welcome & offered a refreshment drink as I waited, massage was amazing, sore but was expected cause my injury hence the massage, but my technician was Amazing,My hair cut was good, had a few technical issues but managers communication was spot on throughout, the hair technicians were good in doing my hair and cut it exactly as I wanted Will definitely go back
