Good experience, friendly staff and very relaxed environment. I was not sure how to describe the hairstyle I want, but the female hairdresser was very professional. I look quite different after the haircut, in a much better way.
Will definitely be going back again.

Overall, It was a pleasant experience, resulting in a fast hair cut.
Was expecting a wash and cut, but it was just a dry cut, I thought I must have misread, but if it had been mentioned, I'd have offered to pay extra.
The haircut was fast and what I asked for, couple of inches taken off and just tidied up. Looked better immediately.
The major downside was a guy, don't know if he worked there / owned it, or just called in, who was on the phone to someone and was loudly repeating himself over, and over again. It was distracting at best.

I had a really warm welcome in this salon. The owner was very friendly and was very thorough with my haircut.
The only critic is that he didn't my hair cut as short as I had requested (I had brought in a photo as an example). I told him and he tried to rectify on dry hair, but it still wasn't as short as what I had asked for.
Otherwise, it's good value for money.
