Booked in for 5pm today on Saturday. I come to find the shop closed. It’s happened before already, but this is ridiculous now! What a waste of time. Sat in city centre traffic for a good 20 mins, still arrive on time. Won’t answer calls or owt either. Avoid if you want to get your haircut!
