As soon as i walked in i felt very welcomed as i was greeted and was offered a drink . I had a trim and under arm waxing and im very happy . Very comfortable place and shiva was very professional and very precise with everything she was doing . They have a lovely place around the back for ladies who want to have privacy and thats very thoughtful to be honest.
Will definitely be back.

Went for Hollywood and underarm wax. No towel provided for me to cover anything up while I waited for beautician to come back into the room. This was disconcerting because just outside the door were mirrors and and open door to the barber area, therefore I felt like I had a lack of privacy. The beautician did not cleanse any of my areas before waxing. I did visit the bathroom beforehand and used cleansing wipes. The Hollywood wax was very painful (I am pregnant so expected this, but it is not the first Hollywood I have had during pregnancy). The same area was waxed over multiple times. Pain increased when the wax strip became thick with wax and I requested that a new one be used to help the pain. The response was that I should be waxed every 2 weeks to help with pain. Never before have I heard of this frequency, I have been recommended 4 weekly. I have noticed some specks of blood from the area since my visit. Underarm wax was fine. Strip wax method used. Hair on bikini was trimmed before wax, i felt something sharp and asked if I had been cut, it was quite difficult for me to understand the answer though. I would have liked to have been asked permission before scissors went near there or just been made aware what the beautician was going to do. The scissors were taken off of a shelf, not from or put into barbicide liquid. I won’t be returning. The price of treatments drew me in but I wish I had read reviews thoroughly before booking (went on stars), lot of them reflect hair services. Difficult for me to undress in room, lots of other equipment stored in the room where the couch is. No chair and couch quite high so being pregnant I struggled to find a place to put shoes on and off. Not relaxing or luxurious. Friendly staff.

Haircut was good and professional.
Beard cut was grade and he really tried to get it exactly as I wanted based on a photo I showed.
