Honestly I am never ever one to go to the effort of complaining but i’ve been getting waxed for 5 years and this was without a doubt the worst waxing experience I have ever had (and i’ve waxed my own bikini line) Usually I do not even flinch when getting a brazilian, it truly does not hurt me, but I was nearly in tears during this LEG wax- technique was truly awful. Loads of mini rips in loads of different directions. Not to mention the lady left twice during my wax (with hot wax still on my bikini line) once to answer a phone call! There was also extremely load tv playing in the background. All in all a terrible experience to be honest.
