Went for a blow-dry this evening. Very very disappointed. The hairdresser didn’t wash my hair firstly. She wet my hair, put curling mousse on the ends of my hair, then put rollers in, which got tangled in all my hair, then pulled them out which really hurt. I was left with the worst blowout I’ve ever seen. Wasn’t remotely waved so she then had to curl with the wand but I was already late at this point so I said I didn’t have time for her to curl all my hair. I left wanting to cry as it was for an occasion. I had to go home and wash it myself. Paid £20 for absolutely nothing. Very angry.
