Amazing place , I went that place only for chin wax , whenever I went there I was so so happy, their customer service is really really good . After did my highlights , & laser hair removal. I am so much happy. They are very friendly & professional. Nargis she is very polite , qualified , professional & friendly. I would recommend highly. Definitely come back 😘😘

Lots of issues with this place. The first is that it looks nothing like the picture. It's so unclean, messy and unhygenic. The actual salon and that way the staff hold themselves. When I got there, they didn't even have the Treatwell booking. Waited 10-15mins before the actual owner/manager came out to confirm booking. No customer skills whatsoever, not even a smile or an introduction. Got taken into a tiny section which was part of a public room (separated by a curtain) and told to get ready for a wax. There was double dipping during Hollywood wax; stripping in awkward directions so it ragged the skin; overusing the used wax strip then kissing her teeth or rolling her eyes; getting frustrated with the wax then taking it out on my legs! I tried to explain the strip should be pulled the opp way as the hair but she didn't understand English. Communication was none because of that. My legs look absolutely horrendous, there's wax stuck everywhere. Such an unclean finish! Been waxing for the last 15 years and have never had this experience. There's so much more but save yourself and pay a little extra somewhere else. Truly a definition of 'u get what u pay for'
