Not the best experience. Staff are friendly and salon itself is ok nothing luxury about it though. I was booked for an acrylic nail refill and I also wanted nail art. Cuticles we’re done poorly and 2 are bleeding, nail art also poor. I won’t go again as I am now having to do my own cuticles!

I Booked on Treatwell and when I arrived there was no acknowledgement even after saying hello several times. I went ahead and stated my reasons for being there that I had an appointment and I was on time. there was a lady who shouted out that she had been waiting for over an hour. When I asked the owner for an explanation it felt she took advantage of walk so why book appts. It took 1 1/2hrs to be seen never again it’s money first customer service last

Nothing gentle and luxury about it more like rough and painful and not very professional. Will not be going back there again.
