It was my first experience there for a manicure and gel nails. Friendly and efficient staff, just thought that the pedicure wasn’t up to my expectation not worth the price I paid for.

Staff were friendly and shop was clean. However, they did not follow my guidance and did not listen to what I asked for. I specifically requested coffin/ballerina shape they gave me broad square. I asked several times for them to cut the nails down they cut tiny pieces off and still didn’t give me the length I wanted. I’ve left with an ugly square shape, very long nails and to top it off a bloody cuticle. Additionally, the top coat was so thin there are gaps where the polish has separated.

I chose a colour for the nail dipping. The wrong colour was used which means my hands and feet don’t match. Wasn’t offered for them to be redone. Very disappointing.
