Staff were friendly and shop was clean. However, they did not follow my guidance and did not listen to what I asked for. I specifically requested coffin/ballerina shape they gave me broad square. I asked several times for them to cut the nails down they cut tiny pieces off and still didn’t give me the length I wanted. I’ve left with an ugly square shape, very long nails and to top it off a bloody cuticle. Additionally, the top coat was so thin there are gaps where the polish has separated.

I chose a colour for the nail dipping. The wrong colour was used which means my hands and feet don’t match. Wasn’t offered for them to be redone. Very disappointing.

could still see previous gel polish underneath a few nails, 3 nails chipped within 4 days, not impressed and not going to go bk either, previous manicure lasted 4 weeks go elsewhere
