I was very pleased with the service provided. Although the appointment was delayed, the nails technician managed to make up the time without compromising the quality of the service. A big bonus for having massages chairs and for the nails technician to be so knowledgeable in the types of treatments that are now being used. She explained everything to me, gave me recommendations and advice on how to take care of my nails. I am definitely going back.

I get my nails done here pretty often so this is quite a one off experience. The manicurist was friendly but seemed inexperienced. She nicked my cuticles and they were bleeding, and one of my nails also cracked during the filing. She mentioned that it would be fine with the gel but I quickly had to cut it off because it kept getting worse and now the polish is peeling off as well.
Would go back still as other times I’ve been have been great with no issues so it was just disappointing
