I came in with quite damaged nails - recovering from a gel/acrylic allergy. It did not reassure, that the therapist knew nothing about it, but I was glad she kept asking questions. We started with a pedicure - I was disappointed my calluses weren't treated, dead skin not exfoliated - thought that's the main process of a good pedi? The nail polish application was super messy and full of strokes, some polish on the skin. Manicure - disappointing. Cuticles barely treated, nail polish applied messy
