The polish didn’t cover to the sides. And near the cuticle there was a gap and the nail was very bumpy. It looked like a bad shape and like I needed infills already. Also they didn’t have the time and day available that is shown on the app.

Appointment confusion as Treatwell wasn’t updated so was cancelled… fitted me in and then gels weren’t applied properly and chipped after 4 days. Had the three chipped nails done again and 3 days later they’re chipped again.
