The wax is okay but they double dip which we’ve all since learned is extremely unhygienic. The price is also a little higher than I’d like to pay for this area given that central London wax bars don’t double dip, provide a better wax, better service, and can be cheaper.

The quality of the wax is good and I will say the staff is lovely. The one thing that annoys me is that they don’t update their system with Treatwell - I book here because it’s convenient and I can use promo codes when I have them but they ALWAYS call me to reschedule my appointment.

Unfortunately the same spatula for my wax was double dipped into the lycon wax using the same side. I would mention your preference if you also find this unhygienic before starting.
