After booking my appointment on treatwell, when I arrived staff was unaware of my appointment as they were apparently fully booked and my appointment did not show up on their schedule. Furthermore, I was therefore squeezed in but I felt really rushed. I explained twice what I had booked (which was gel powder extensions) but felt like I what I said was not being considered as the lady went ahead and did one of of my nails with acrylic powder anyway, I explained to her again I paid for gel powder and paid extra for it. As well as that, it took 3 people altogether to complete one set of nails, moving from chair to chair. I’m not happy with the paint job on one of my nails as it is messy. My index finger tip and nail has come apart (it’s not properly glued). Overall, really not happy with the price I paid and the service I got, which is really annoying because I travelled for a good nail service.

The salon was quite clean and the staff were generally friendly. However shape of my nails was quite uneven. Would not recommend.

The nail technician was really professional and polite, she had good attention to detail and I am really pleased with the result. Unfortunately I don’t think I will go back as I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, it felt rushed and had my nails done while another girl was hoovering.
