The quality of the wax is good and I will say the staff is lovely. The one thing that annoys me is that they don’t update their system with Treatwell - I book here because it’s convenient and I can use promo codes when I have them but they ALWAYS call me to reschedule my appointment.

Unfortunately the same spatula for my wax was double dipped into the lycon wax using the same side. I would mention your preference if you also find this unhygienic before starting.

The best eyebrow threading I’ve had. Hadn’t had my eyebrows threaded for 7 months due to lock down and was expecting it to hurt so bad but it was completely painless and super quick. Will absolutely be going back.
