Very good
Started week with new great nail look :) Michelle was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed time spent at salon and I'm really happy with the service provided. Definitely will come back soon
Helpful stuff, but quality of brand uses for shellac needs to be better. As my nail colour has chipped within a space of 2days.
First time I was here was at their openings and a lovely Bulgarian (I think) girl did my manicure. She was so good and through! Wish I knew her name so I could book with her again because this time was close to a joke. First of all I had my appointment at 5:30 and the girl had a client before me, she started to file and cut my cuticles around 5:55 (25 mins after my time), it was very sloppy and she cut me two times and then she hopped to the other client and did a bit of her nails and apologized to her about this. I mean - if you don’t have time, don’t do my nails. The CLIENT then said to me “I can do my eyebrows now if you wanna do her nails” THE CLIENT suggested it. Hilarious. The girl seemed very rushed when she painted my nails and put two coats of color before curing the nails in the UV-light. The last bit with the hand massage was a joke... she did the second hand standing up. I felt like a I was a less like a customer and more like in a way. I also felt like the service wasn’t close to what I paid for. One of the color coats on my thumb has come off... will go back and have them done by the Bulgarian girl she was absolutely lovely and really took her time making sure I was satisfied so kudos to her, she’s an great asset to your salon.
