The ladies that were lovely, however the actually treatment was a huge let down. There were some major red flags when the therapist began my pedicure without soaking my feet, which was quite painful and was not the relaxing experience I imagine. She then began to scrub my feet, however she did not clean under the toe nail and neither did she remove all the hard skin, something imperative in a pedicure. . Very Disappointing
