4/5 - I give it 4 for the following reasons. I had to wait quite a long time for my appointment even though I was on time. Whatever you do don’t ask for tea, I was given the most awful looking cup of tea. My wax was great through, quick, efficient, thorough and she did a good job. They did not give me a towel to cover myself so I felt a little exposed. Overall - this place is great if you are desperate, need to be in and out quickly, but not great on presentation and experience.
