I recently had a terrible experience at this salon. I booked for highlights, but they turned out to be a complete disaster—patchy and uneven. My hair feels extremely burnt and dry, which has never happened before. The stylist left the tint on for over 50 minutes instead of the promised 20, then offered a "free" haircut to cover the damage. I asked for a 2cm trim, but she cut over 12cm, leaving my hair from bum-length to just below my chest. Who chops off that much without permission?

This was my first time getting a wax here and I had the best experience. I was so comfortable and it was relatively painless and was over really quickly. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.
